SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of order receipt.  

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post.  

Please allow 5-7 business days for deliveries within Australia and 6-14 days for international orders. 

Free standard shipping for all orders over $100 within Australia.  A flat rate of $9 for standard shipping on domestic orders under $100.  Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $11 on all domestic orders.

Shipping cost for international orders is a flat rate of $25.

RETURNS

If you would like to return an item please contact us via email info@baileyandboo.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.  

To be eligible for a refund all items must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging with all tags/labels attached.

The consumer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non refundable.
