If you would like to return an item please contact us via email info@baileyandboo.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund all items must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging with all tags/labels attached.

The consumer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non refundable.
